It is of paramount importance for the company that all our staff become happy through working at DID.

Measurable achievements such as sales, market shares and improvement in product quality are important in business without doubt, but invisible values such as job satisfaction, pride in work and a sense of accomplishment are equally important. We should also bear in mind that such achievements and values should be beneficial not only to yourself but to others at the same time. In other words, the key to attaining both mental and material well-being is to pursue well-balanced achievements between the good of yourself and the good of others.
